GRC Consult – Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

GRC Consult offers professional consulting, advisory, and training services in the fields of governance, risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, health IT, and data privacy. All services are provided under a signed service agreement, outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery.
• Respect agreed timelines and payment terms.
• Use deliverables for internal business purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Confidentiality

GRC Consult maintains strict confidentiality of all client data and information shared during engagement. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, frameworks, and tools developed by GRC Consult remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise specified in the contract. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes.

5. Payment Terms

Fees are invoiced based on the agreed service contract. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 15 days of invoice issuance. Late payments may incur interest charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

GRC Consult is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any notice periods defined in the service agreement. Clients are responsible for fees incurred up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.

9. Modifications

GRC Consult reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
